Summary:
Train 112 was scheduled to go from East Heights to Leighton Castle. At around 9:32AM, Train 112 hit a car going 30 MPH at the Oakville City Crossing Square west of Oakville Exchange. Train 112 was going approximately 40 MPH at the time of the incident. Several passengers were injuried including the operator herself. The driver was critically injuried and sent to the Oakville Memorial Hospital. Car Number #113 suffered severe damage to the front due to the harsh impact. #113 was scrapped.
